Progress

Christmas has come and gone with a blink of an eye it's sad, but at least we can now get started with editing full time. As I make each film I grow stronger, my budgets get higher and my experience develops further, many people critize my work style, claiming I need to slow down, concerntrate on one piece at a time. That seems crazy to me, I have directed 4 features from $1,000 to $100,000 I have produced 2 features over $70,000 both in UK and America, and this is only in the past 2/3 years. 'AfterThought' is my newest venture, the project for which will build 30 Something productions LLC.

I feel a film maker is everything, actor, editor, director, writer and producer, all come under the umbrella of a 'Film Maker' I direct and produce, my wife edits and acts. Crazy? We have both achieved more work over the past 2 years than anyone I know, we are both a company together. I am now in the process of talking to another producion company about my next feature as director, this at a higher budget again. So it is safe to say I am progressing as each film is shot, unlike most film makers (Or claim to be) who have at least 3 features on the go, but neither of them will ever be given the 'green light', writing a script is not having a 'feature in progress' if this was the case then I would have 8 features in progress.
